Refund Method: In most cases, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original method of payment.
Partial Repayments: There may be instances in which partial refunds will be provided for items returned with minor damages or missing accessories, subject to assessment.
Shipment Expenses: It is not possible to refund the shipping costs for returning the products. Except in the case of an error on our part, returning shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Exemptions from Refund:
Downloadable digital products: E-Books or Software once accessed or downloaded cannot be refunded.

Perishable goods, including food and flowers are not eligible for refunds
